Happy Wednesday folks!

Every so often I’m contacted by individuals in the marketing world wanting me to review their products here on RFKW.  For the most part I decline as that’s not the direction I want this blog to go in but this time I just had to accept!

Enter the Eco-Bottle (from the makers of the Genuine Swiss Army Knife)!

I was sent these two Eco Bottle aluminum water bottles and I’ve got to say, I am quite impressed!

The red bottle is the an 800 ml Wenger Bottle and features the sport top with inside straw, safety valve, and protective cover. It’s also grippy and has a handle…Perfect for walking, hiking, bike riding or any other activity really!

The black bottle is a 650ml Wenger Bottle and features wide mouth bottle functionality with a leak proof, triple lock system that is fast to close with only half a turn. It also features a dual top!

I like the red water bottle more than the black bottle just for the straw feature but both are good quality bottles.

I started my day with a speedy 5km run, followed by some breakfast:

Squirrely Bread toasted with Bees Knees natural peanut butter, 1/2 banana & homemade all natural strawberry jam!

I had a massive craving for crockpot maple baked beans AGAIN so I whipped some up on Monday and enjoyed it for lunch today…With some broc-o-trees…

And a peach!!

Well now I’ve got to run…My grocery list awaits!
