Happy Friday folks.

I’m going to make this short and sweet.

Today is the day we were supposed to be in our cottage.

However there was a snag regarding a last minute water test and as such, we are delayed.

In other words, it’s complicated.

I decided not to stay home from work today as there is no sense in wasting a perfectly good holiday day waiting by a phone.

And so, I woke up, worked out, ate breakfast…

And went to what would prove to be a busy, hectic, complicated day.

Naturally there was just one movie Jefferson and I had in mind after the gong show that was today:

And for dinner, which was supposed to be our first meal in our new cottage:

Turkey nachos on food should taste good multigrain chips!

And for dessert, it was supposed to be COTTAGE CAKE but, obviously no cottage today so it’s just spice cake.

Now I’m off to watch The West Wing with Jefferson.

No cottage for us this weekend.  And so, we wait.

It’s complicated.
