For more reasons that I am going to share today, I’m SO excited it’s Friday
In fact I haven’t looked forward to a day this much in I don’t know how long! More on that later!
I started my day with a sweaty Leslie Sansone 4 mile DVD workout…My body is so sore today!
Breakfast was dark chocolate wonderful toast topped with mashed banana and raspberry. It looks better than it tasted unfortunately
I’m officially NOT a fan of super ripe bananas. It ruined this breakfast!
Lunch MORE than made up for it though
On the plate is a whole wheat pita torn into 4 pieces (and then torn into many more pieces after that!) with some red pepper hummus, sliced zucchini and pineapple!
This lunch was a “tasting plate” of sorts because I was busy getting ready for the cottage this weekend and as such I was making turkey burgers and prepping our food for the weekend, thus leaving me no time or energy to make lunch for today

And sand between my toes.
