Hello Morning, Goodbye Morning!

Posted by Katie on May 16 2012 at 12:27 pm

Holy swear words Batman it has been a busy day!

Jeff and I are taking a super extra long weekend starting today at 4:00 PM and as such, Murphy’s law, I have a lot on my plate to clear up before my time off.

Needless to say, I got to work, sat down, looked up at my computer and it was LUNCH already!

But before I get to that goodness I will start with my breakfast goodness!

In the bowl glass (shaken not stirred anyone? ;) ) are some blubes, rasps, Optimum slim (which happens to my favourite cereal and is becoming increasingly more difficult to find in this city!!) and banana.

A thing of beauty.

AND now for lunch ;)

Today I thought I was doing pretty good as far as “traditional pickings” are concerned but I got the “holy cow you have the strangest food combinations” comment again ;)

On the plate is a chicken & asparagus panini (recipe to come!), grilled asparagus, corn on the cob and a leftover red pepper “corner”.

Gooey goat cheese…

Not photographed is a small bowl of pineapple and strawbes!

Well now I am off to tie up some loose ends and then it is EXTRA MAY LONG WEEKEND TIME!

Tomorrow we are have 4 yards of soil delivered (to finish our other garden beds) and then I can plant my “Butt Squash” and some flowers.

OH and did I mention I actually took the ENTIRE day off so I could book our Advanced Dining Reservations for Disney World(which will take all over 30 minutes TOPS?) Yep.  Welcome to loserville.  Population ME

See you tomorrow!

I hope you got good dining reservations!! There are so many great places to eat in Disney…the girls are big fan of the restaurants with the Princesses…will you be dining with any Princesses?? : )
