What a day!

Jeff had to work today so we treated today like a usual work day and woke up early!

Breakfast was toast with cinnamon raisin peanut butter and cinnamon sprinkled on top!

As we are a one car family I dropped Jefferson off at work, went to yoga, got a haircut, got passport photos taken…

I look stoned, scary and suspicious! Jeff made a joke about how maybe a black hoodie was not the smartest thing to wear for the photo considering we are going to Florida...Funny but a little too soon

Got some blood work done, made lunch:

Sat down to eat lunch and watch some PVR’d Grimm but couldn’t figure out how to work the TV(yes I’m completely serious ) so I listened to some Disney soundtracks instead while I made:

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies for Jefferson’s lunches:

And tried another banana bread recipe (this time with 99% dark chocolate chunks!) again, for Jefferson’s lunches:

AND made this delicious supper!

Roasted Veggie Infused Whole Wheat Turkey Lasagna, garlic toast and MORE CRUCIFEROUS!

Just look at all those trees!!!

Well I would say this has been the most productive day I’ve had in a while!

Now that Jeff is home (and the TV is working ) it’s time to watch Grimm!
