Well my dearest readers I am going to once again bare my soul and what you will find, well, parts of it anyway, is nerdy I know, I know…BIG shocker there.
A question I’ve been getting asked unbelievable amounts of times in the past few days (since successfully obtaining my diploma in Advanced Nutrition! BOO YA!) is:
What are you going to do with this wealth of knowledge you now have?
You are obviously passionate about health and nutrition. How are you going to implement that into your work life?
What do you want to do?
All great questions.
All fantastic questions really.
In fact these were all questions that were ringing in my head over and over and over again while in yoga class last night….Not the most opportune time to be weighed down with life changing thoughts
It was all of these questions that caused my tree pose to look more like a “Oh my god there’s a wasp and I can’t stay in the same spot for more than .03 seconds…IS IT ON ME???” pose. Is there such a thing?
…If there was I think it would be called ohmygodtheresawasp-asana.
Since Friday at about 11:05 am one song has popped into my head on a fairly regular basis. In fact it seems to pop in my head whenever someone asks me a question like the above

Where do I go from here?
I don’t know.
But it will come.
I started my day with a Leslie Sansone Slim and Sleek workout. A classic. I also noticed mid way through my workout that I had spinach on my shirt from yesterdays smoothie making escapades(which I did after my workout but before showering, thus why I was making a smoothie whilst in workout clothes). It took EVERY. FIBER. OF. MY. BEING not to go upstairs and change my shirt
Breakfast was a bowl of heaven. You know, the usual
Honey greek yogurt, oats, cocao nibs, strawbes and banana….and cinnamon of course!
Lunch was a salad made up of romaine, orange pepper, cucumber strawbes and homemade balsamic dressing.
And a homemade falafel patty! I need to tweak my recipe a bit and then I will share but it was delicious! Just fragile
Well that takes me to the end of my lunch hour.
It’s Zumba and yoga night.
And my tree pose WILL be a tree pose this time
