T’Was The Night Before Christmas…
How many blog posts today are titled the same as mine?
Too many to count I would venture to guess but if the shoe fits…
I’d say not a creature was stirring but it’s a mad house at the Biss household…A house full of babies will do that though
Easton and Aunty Katie (a.k.a Aunty Social) played with Photobooth last night and Aunty Katie almost peed her pants.
We were aliens…
And had nose swirlies…
And we were frogs…
And we even glowed!
What a great kid!
Last night I was also Santa’s Little Helper! My Brother in law, Scott, dressed up as Santa for a school the other day and a kid told him that he wanted an electric train for Christmas. It turned out Scott had one from 20 years ago that still works! SO I took off my jammies, put on my big girl clothes, threw on a Santa hat and headed on over to his house to make a special delivery from Santa Claus.
The reason I was sent is because I’m not from this town and I would be the only one he wouldn’t recognize…
Kayden immediately ran to the kitchen table, started pulling out pieces and getting everything set up so I could take a picture for Santa Claus!
He was SO excited!!!
Tis the season of magic and miracles!
I started my day with a Jillian Michaels Ripped workout and let me tell you, I was DONE and SWEATY by the end…I forgot how intense these workouts are! My legs and shoulders are sore sore sore!Breakfast was one for champions!Cinnamon Buns with cream cheese icing!
Lunch was a whole wheat pita with smashed avocado and black bean spread! With veggies on the side! And a chocolate!
Have you ever seen the movie Four Christmases?
Well on that movie, when Vince Vaughan and Reese Witherspoon go to Vince’s family for Christmas they discuss having an exit strategy in case things get too intense. That safe word is “Mistletoe.”
Let’s just say, Jeff and I have been saying mistletoe on a frequent basis…Me moreso than him
Supper was salad and lazy man cabbage rolls but my camera was all the way downstairs and I was in a daze from having a nap…Due to crazy circumstances I didn’t photograph it but I’m sure I will eat it tomorrow and will get to photograph it then
I just got off the phone with my mom and dad who are in the States for Christmas…I love you guys! Merry Christmas!
And now I must go enjoy a “mistletoe moment” while I read a fascinating book I bought a while back.
Santa is coming in just a few hours!!
